Our Inspiration
Late Shri. Raj Kumar Bhagchandani Ji, founder and head of bhartiyam Vidya Niketan rested in blissful lap of almighty on December 21st 2004. His demise has left us vulnerable in this world.
Fondly called as Bhaisahab, he had a soft heart and a speculative mind in his 6 feet tall tough frame. Strict yet soft, progressive yet down to earth, Bhaisahab wave a dream of unfettered education to all and hence laid the foundation of this institution.
Bhaisahab, a man of iron nerves, strong will and determination faced each peril with strength and courage and established this school with a vision of upliftment of society by admitting children from rural background also. He did not believe in profit making or turnovers but always believed in standing up to cause of providing education to one and all. He dedicated his life to the cause of education. His vision was that the students at BVN should not only learn the values such as truth, love, courage and faith but should also indulcate self reliance, civic consciousness, environmental awareness, patriotism and tolerance. He believed in guiding children to become useful and supportive member of society. He said. “The end of education is character”.
Let’s come together and make our bonds stronger than ever to make his dreams come true.
